Video review Thanks to its immense overstability, this utility fairway driver has quickly become an important precision tool for many top-tier Team Discmania players like Eagle McMahon & Kyle Klein. Very useful even for low speed escape shots and approaches - simply adjust the anhyzer angle and let the powerful fade of the Splice to work in your favour, instead of using excessive power. This disc also makes sidearm throws more predictable, even if you are not so skilled at them. The Splice is great for all types of shots where you need extreme stability and reliability of the disc. "I can honestly say the Splice is one of my favorite discs and I literally don't know what I'd do without it" ![]() The process we use tends to translate in better quality and cleaner look for both the dye and the stamp. These discs have been dyed first as factory blanks and the stamp has been added on top of the Tri-Fly dye, as opposed to most Huk Dyed discs that feature a stamp, that have been dyed with the stamp in place. I find myself reaching for a Splice when I have a forehand shot that requires a ton of accuracy and predictability because this disc will perform the same every time you throw it.Here's a rare treat for you! Eagle McMahon is a strong advocate of Huk Lab Tri-Fly dyed discs, so we decided to create a small batch of Huk Dyed Neo Splices with Eagle's iconic logo stamp. This control driver also feels incredible for forehand shots, and since it is so beefy you can really crank your shot without it ever turning over on you. It is also really useful when you are in a bind in a heavily wooded area and need to throw a short forehand roller to get back on the fairway. I usually use the Splice in the fiercest of headwinds and when I need a really big skip at the end of my throw. The Neo Splice is made with premium, slightly translucent plastic that is relatively hard and can withstand a ton of damage. The Discmania Splice (Neo) is a very overstable fairway driver that is extremely dependable, predictable, and ideal for advanced players.
